Must the client be present during the repair?

Customers do not need to be present at the time of the repair. The only requirements are that the vehicle is 1. unlocked, 2. both doors can be opened freely & 3. the vehicle is not parked on a main roadway

How long do your services take?

Services can take from as little as 30 minutes for some windshields and up to multiple hours, depending on which glass and how bad the damage appears. Each job is different and times may vary.

What do I do if the repair does not hold after completing the job?

In the event that a chip repair does not hold in the first 90 days, we offer the option to use the amount paid for the initial repair as a credit towards a new windshield. Please send us a note, if you have further questions.

Do you provide a warranty for your services?

We provide our own workmanship warranty and a product warranty. All work done comes with a lifetime warranty for the current owner of the vehicle. All parts come with a 90 day warranty against any factory defects.

what is the typical wait time for my repair, once you have assessed the information provided to quote?

Once you have called our team directly or completed a form online and our team has had time to assess the information received, you can have your windshield installed or repair completed as soon as the next day!
